Exchange/Returns Policy – Faballo
We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are unused, unworn, and have their original tags attached. For returns, refunds are processed within 15 days of the return request. Refunds for online payments will be processed online, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will receive store credit.
How to Process a Return or Exchange :
Place all items, including the invoice, in a secure package addressed to:

Ensure that all items returned or exchanged are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. For items damaged during transit, please retain tags to facilitate the return process. Items that are damaged or altered after tags are removed may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Email us at we@faballo.in with images of the products, including packaging and tags, to arrange a return pickup.
After submitting your return request, our courier partner will pick up the package within 3-5 business days at no extra cost.
Once the item is picked up, the refund amount will be credited as store credit to your account (if one exists) or refunded online within 15 business days, depending on the payment option selected during purchase.
Exchange Policy :
Items purchased on www.faballo.in can be exchanged for the same item or a different one, subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellations :
To cancel an order, please email us at we@faballo.in with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order.
Note :
We currently do not accept return requests for international orders.
